Delete your Safratna account
If you no longer have the app, you can delete your account here. We confirm it is yours by asking you to sign in with the same Apple account you used in the app, because we keep no email or phone number.
What is deleted
- Trips you own, completely, with their photos, spending and bookings.
- Your route in every trip, your account and your signed-in phones.
- Your moments and photos in other people's trips: you choose "Keep them for the family, without my name" or "Delete them all".
Everything is removed from the server at once and from backups within 35 days, with the exceptions listed in the privacy policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the store.
