Safratna

Terms of use

Last updated: October 16, 2026 · If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic text applies.

Draft for review before launch.

1. In short

Safratna helps your family plan a trip, follow it and keep it as an album and a story. We aim to keep it useful, simple and safe, and you use it at your own risk within these terms.

2. Provider

Sultan Hakeem · Freelance document FL-649919089 · support@getsafratna.app · Saudi Arabia.

3. Your account and trip

4. What you write and photograph

Your photos and words stay yours. You give us a limited, free permission to store and back them up, resize photos, arrange them in the plan, the story and its PDF, and show them to the trip's members according to their roles and to anyone who opens a story link the trip owner made, only so the app works. The permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content you chose, when deleting your account, to keep for the family without your name. We don't sell them, and we look at them only to review a report or when the law requires it. If a photo shows other people, make sure they're fine with it.

5. Your use

Don't use the app to monitor or harm anyone or for anything unlawful, and don't upload photos or text you have no right to share. Anyone on a trip can report content; we review reports and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Plans and payment

7. Refunds

Refunds go through the store you paid, and it decides: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

8. Prices and information

Prices, exchange rates, opening hours, prayer times, weather and halal-food notes in the app are approximate and only a guide. Check them before you book, pay or go.

9. Liability

We work to keep the app running, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for booking, travel or spending decisions, or for other people's services such as maps apps, airlines and hotels.

10. Privacy

See the privacy policy.

11. Changes, ending the service, and governing law

If these terms change we update the date above, and for any significant change we tell you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law requires a shorter time. If we stop the service we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead so you can save your data. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts decide any dispute. On iPhone, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
